From the balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.

Our house is a non smoking house. Smokers are welcome to enjoy a cigarette on the balcony. There are also ashtrays ready. Recreation and relaxation can be found in our large garden with seating, barbecue (barbecue and open fireplace) and a lawn. A barbecue hut with a spacious dining area invites you to linger.

In the evening, let the day end comfortably with a barbecue and a glass of wine.

For our younger guests we have a playground with sandpit, sand toys, swings, trampoline, wooden house with slide, table tennis, table football, Boby Cars, pedal tractor and much more.

Whether you are planning yur holiday in SUMMER or WINTER,

beautiful landscapes and varied leisure activities await you in every season.

In the immediate vicinity are hiking and biking trails, the adventure lake, a children's playground, an illuminated cross-country ski trail around the lake with connection to the 200 km long "Pinzga trail", a skating rink and the ski bus stop.

Our guests value especially the easy accessibility of tourist facilities

such as inns, pizzeria, snack bar, grocery stores, sports shop an bakers.

If you want, you can have breakfast and dinner at the inn, 100 meters away.

Due to our central location, there are attractive destinations such as the Grossglockner High Alpine Road,

the Krimmler Waterfalls, the National Park Center in Mittersill,

Golf club Mittersill and Golf club Zell am See ready to visit during SUMMER.

In WINTER, many ski areas and the longest floodlit toboggan run in Austria can be reached within a short time.
